§ 10.08.050. TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES - OBEDIENCE.

The driver of any vehicle shall obey the traffic instructions of any official traffic-control device applicable thereto placed in accordance with the traffic regulations of the city unless otherwise directed by a police officer or fire officer, subject to the exceptions in this title or state law.
