§ 10.12.010. PARKING ADJACENT TO CURB.

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, every vehicle stopped or parked upon a roadway where there are adjacent curbs shall stop or park the vehicle with its right-hand wheels parallel to and within 18 inches of the right-hand curb.
