§ 10.16.080. INCIDENTAL PARKING.

This article shall not be construed to prohibit the incidental parking of any motor vehicles, whether advertised or marked for sale or not, when the primary purpose for parking the vehicle is some purpose other than that of advertising the availability of the vehicle for sale.
