§ 11.06.270. PERMIT DENIAL - APPEAL.

Any decision of the Director relating to any application for a park use permit may be appealed by the applicant to the City Manager by filing of written notice of the appeal with the City Clerk. The appeal shall be heard by the City Manager not more than 21 nor less than 7 days after the filing.
