§ 11.06.290. VIOLATIONS.

In addition to such other remedies and penalties as are provided elsewhere in this code, the violation by any permit holder or member of such permit holder's group of any of the provisions of this article or any of the terms and conditions of a permit may constitute grounds for denial of future group use permits for such group or permit holder.
