§ 11.08.170. DISPOSAL OF GARBAGE.

No person shall dispose of garbage, papers, refuse, or other material on the airport except in receptacles provided for that purpose. No person shall abandon any personal property on the airport. Property abandoned for 30 days or longer shall become the property of the city and may be disposed in accordance with City Code. All costs associated by such disposition of abandoned property will be charged to the person who had abandoned the same.
