§ 11.08.230. FEES, RATES, AND CHARGES.

A. A schedule of fees, rates, and charges for use of airport areas and facilities shall be established pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.20.
B. The Airport Supervisor shall have the authority to lock up any lessee's aircraft and/or hanger for failure to pay any fees and charges assessed pursuant to this article when the fees and charges are delinquent for 30 days or longer.
