No person shall use at the airport any golf cart, go-cart, go-ped, skateboard, rollerblade, all terrain vehicle, Segway or other vehicle not licensed or otherwise permitted by state law for operation on a public street or highway. This section does not pertain to city vehicles or vehicles used solely for tugging or refueling aircraft. On a case-by-case basis, and with the prior written approval of the Airport Supervisor, other modes of transportation may be used on the airport.
