§ 13.12.080. PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL.

A. If the Subdivision Committee report indicates that the requirements of this title have been met, the Planning Commission shall consider the preliminary plat at a regular meeting within 30 days of the date of filing.
B. Upon hearing, the Planning Commission shall approve, conditionally approve, or deny preliminary plat approval. The applicant shall be advised in writing of the Commission’s action.
