A. Upon receipt of a request for Council action from the City Manager, the Clerk shall place the case on the agenda of the next regular City Council meeting, whereupon the Council shall approve or deny the plat.
B. If the Council rejects the plat for any reason whatsoever, the reasons therefor shall be recorded in the minutes.
C. If the Council finds approval of the plat, the Clerk shall transcribe a certificate of approval upon the plat, first making sure that the other required certifications (see subsection F of § 13.12.150) have been duly signed and that engineering plans have been approved by the City Engineer.
D. When the certificate of approval by the Council has been transcribed on the plat, the clerk shall have the approved final plat recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Mohave County and distribute prints of the recorded plat to the City Engineerat the expense of the subdivider.
