§ 1.12.140. CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

A violation of the code may be prosecuted as a misdemeanor criminal offense and punishable a as provided under the general penalty provisions of Chapter 1.08 of this code. Additionally, a person found in violation may be placed on probation for up to 3 years.
