§ 2.70.050. FUND TRANSFERS TO THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND.

Latest version.

A. Funds earmarked or donated to the city for specific, capital projects or improvements shall be placed in the capital improvements fund.
B. Each adopted budget of the city may contain a transfer from the general fund or such other revenue sources as the Council deems appropriate, to the capital improvements fund of an amount sufficient for the execution of the Capital Improvement Plan.
C. Moneys placed or transferred into the capital improvements fund shall be expended solely for the purposes set forth in the adopted Capital Improvement Plan.
