§ 5.04.070. LICENSE - MULTIPLE LOCATIONS OR MULTIPLE BUSINESS NAMES.

A. A person engaged in business in 1 or more businesses at 2 or more established locations within the city shall procure a separate license for each such location or business name.
1. Except for the business of renting the use or occupancy of real property, in which only 1 application and fee for the property within the city shall be required. Such applications shall include a list of all rental property by street address or other satisfactory identification, and notification to the Administrative Services Director or designee shall occur within 10 business days after sale or acquisition of any such real property. A person with less than 3 lodging units available for rent or lease in Mohave County for a period of more than 30 consecutive days shall be deemed not to be engaged in business, and is exempt from the licensing provisions of this chapter.
