§ 8.12.090. FALSE ALARM - INTENTIONAL.

  • A. It is unlawful for any person to accuse or permit to be caused the activation of an alarm system knowing the transmitted signal to be false, or by spoken word or otherwise, information indicating an alarm which is false.
    B. It is unlawful for any person to tamper with or maliciously injure any fire, burglary, robbery or any other emergency alarm equipment maintained for the purpose of transmitting alarms.
