§ 8.16.191. SEIZURE OF WATER CANNONS.

Any water cannon or similar device described in this section shall be subject to seizure when used in violation of § 8.16.190. Items used in violation of this chapter may be seized by officers of the Lake Havasu City Police Department or other peace officers of this state or of the United States, as contraband and destroyed forthwith. When retained as evidence the article may be returned to the owner upon order of the court.
