§ 9.15.080. PERMITTING POSTING AND THE LIKE OF HANDBILLS IN VIOLATION OF

A. No owner, occupant, lessee, or agent of any premises shall permit any person to post or distribute in any manner, any handbill prohibited under the terms of this chapter.
B. No person shall cause or permit any employee, agent or contractor of his or her to distribute, deposit, post, place, throw, scatter or cast any commercial or noncommercial handbill in any manner prohibited by the terms of this chapter.
