For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
A. BREAST AREA. Any part of the breast below the uppermost point of the areola, but not including the area within 1 inch on either side of the vertical midline of the sternum.
B. BUTTOCKS AREA. The cleft of the buttocks and the half of each buttock nearest the cleft.
C. CABARET. Premises licensed to provide alcoholic beverages pursuant to a license described in A.R.S. § 4-101 et seq..
D. CABARET ENTERTAINMENT. A dance or other performance conducted for a consideration and for the purpose of entertaining others at a cabaret.
E. MINIMUM ATTIRE. Opaque non-flesh colored fabric fully covering the genitals, pubic hair, vulva, mons veneris, anus, the breast area and the buttocks area.
