§ 9.30.090. PENALTIES.

  • A. Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $100 for the first offense, $250 for the second offense, and $500 for the third and all subsequent offenses.
    B. Any enterprise found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $250 for the first offense, $500 for the second offense, and $1,000 for the third and all subsequent offenses.
    C. In addition, any violation of this chapter may be deemed a nuisance and the imposition of any fine hereunder shall not abrogate the right of the city to cause the abatement of any nuisance, including the use of injunctive relief.
