§ 1.01.010. ADOPTION.

Latest version.

There is adopted by the City Council that certain code entitled "Lake Havasu City Code," containing certain ordinances of a general and permanent nature as compiled, consolidated, codified and indexed in Titles 1 through 14, inclusive, of which code not less than 3 copies have been and are, as of the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter, filed in the office of the City Clerk, where they are available for public inspection and use.
