§ 1.01.020. CONTINUATION OF EXISTING ORDINANCES.

Latest version.

The provisions appearing in this code, insofar as they are the same as those ordinances existing at the time of the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter, shall be considered as continuations thereof, and not as new enactments.
