§ 8.12.070. ALARM MONITORING SERVICE.

Every alarm business which monitors an alarm system located within the city shall maintain on file a current listing of all such alarm systems including the name, address and telephone number of the subscriber(s) or individual(s) from whom entry to the premises may be obtained. The information shall be available to the city upon request of any authorized city representative.
