§ 8.12.080. FALSE ALARM - REPORT.

  • After any false alarm, the alarm user shall, upon request by the city, submit a written report within 72 hours of the request, describing the cause and actions taken or to be taken to eliminate the cause of the false alarm. Where the alarm is serviced by an alarm business, the report shall be made by the alarm business and a copy forwarded to the alarm user. This section does not prohibit a test of an alarm system as permitted in advance by the city.
