§ 9.20.040. INTERFERENCE WITH A SPECIAL EVENT.

No person shall knowingly join or participate in any special event in violation of the terms of the city issued permit, knowingly join or participate in any permitted special event without the consent of the permittee, or in any manner interfere with a special event's progress or orderly conduct.
