§ 9.20.070. APPEAL PROCEDURE.

An applicant may appeal a denial of an application made under § 9.20.050 of this chapter by filing with the Special Events Coordinator a written request for a hearing before the City Council at its next available regular meeting within 5 business days from the date of receipt of denial. The City Council may reverse, affirm, or modify in any regard the determination made by the Special Events Coordinator.
